Established in 2006 with a registered capital of 12 million U.S. dollars, Shanghai Ghrepower Green Energy Co., Ltd. (stock abbr.: Shanghai Ghrepower, stock code: 430324) was listed on the New Third Board (NTB, one of Chinese secondary stock market) on October 18 of 2013, becoming the first NTB listed provider for new energy application system solutions.
